WHAT IS A TEAM SCOUT? AND ARE YOU A GOOD CANDIDATE?
A “Team Scout” is what we call one of our Networkers. It’s someone who stays in touch with us as a sort of “Forward Observer” and lets us know when they find people interested in buying onto a Team Home or turning their own vacation home into a joint venture. Scouts enjoy making connections with people and can earn healthy commissions of $2,000 to $5,000 ( depending on Team & Price of Shares ) for just being a good connecting bridge builder. Scouts do not have to “Sell”; only explain our concepts & encourage people to contact us. We always ask where folks hear of us and each Scout has a CODE # to give them credit for the origin of any Sale – regardless of when or where a person buys a share. Most scouts are involved in networking their own businesses anyway, and they just add our Fun Teamwork concepts; Team Homes, Shared Ownership, Fun, travel, rentals, etc, to their own tool boxes. Our scouts enjoy narrowing the lines between business and pleasure because they work from the heart in such a way that doing business IS a pleasure!
Quite often Team Scouts are somewhat creatively ‘self-employed’ themselves. Many run their own businesses and are often involved with leads groups, marketing teams and networking as are almost all entrepreneurs these days. But most of all, our scouts are people with adventure in their souls, business networking in their minds and positive friendly energy in their hearts. Team Scouts are people who enjoy people, and like to have fun socially while evolving their business and personal connections for the future. If you’re reading this, most likely one of our scouts connected you. But to be clear, this is not for everyone – it’s all done “BY INVITATION ONLY”. You may or may not be selected; based on alignment with win-win skills, energy & networks. Each potential Scout fills out an Affiliate Application and submits this form after agreeing to our Terms of Usage. There are NO FEES OR DUES or requirements of any type. This is only a registration formality to insure clear communications.
Using our TeamFunZ talking points can open doors for your business and makes it easy to win new friends. Many times we’ve been at mixers talking to folks about our shared vacation homes or our latest trip, when someone will actually tap us on the shoulder and ask for our business card. Not many people can say that. Not everyone is selling what everyone needs, wants and desires either. Everyone may use soap, but that’s not a great conversation builder. Whereas everyone loves to hear about affordable Fun Vacation Escapes! WHO MAKES A GOOD TEAM SCOUT?
Since Team Scouts come in all sizes, shapes, colors, backgrounds and nationalities – the main thing they have in common is a calling to build bridges to a better world – and to learn how best to be using Teamwork as the glue that can hold various creative projects together. We focus on Vacation Homes as this enables a Platform Foundation for other team projects to emerge and have space to grow in a giving garden like environment. However, we’ve noticed some patterns and so:
people with some background as:Teachers, Travelers, Health Care, Networkers, Environmentalists, Activists, Students, Retired Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Creative Artists, Musicians, Writers and Green Business Folks are among the many types of people who seem naturally drawn to the Team Scout Ethic and Lifestyle.
Since this is NOT all about Money – so it’s not ALL about Money! Still everyone needs to contribute in some fashion. We’re open sometimes to other forms of exchange: in the past having one third barter-trade situations or, in special cases, up to half. However, we must use money payments as an energy flow to keep our projects in progress. We’re mostly concerned with Teaching and Training and Transforming Transitions Towards a Better World and Life for us all. And we also like to slow down, relax and enjoy Life in the process of our projects. After all, the Journey is just as important, ( and some say more so ) than the Destination. : )
Thus, IF you are accepted onto a Team – Your Payment Plan will be chosen by You. As long as you find a comfortable consistent method of payment all is good.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET BEHIND $ WISE OR HAVE PROBLEMS?
This is often a concern in these uncertain times. We want to offer the best “Safety Net” possible, without allowing a drain on our Team or a Free Ride Mooch : )
Problems can and do arise in Life. Which is why we prefer you pick your own comfortable payment plan. However, we are not in the habit of Foreclosing or taking away someone’s benefits. There are always options. We allow a 15 day grace period on monthly payments and also a six month grace period before any kind of surrendering of rights occurs. And this six month period can be doubled to 12 months if the rest of the Team votes to support an extension for you. Thus, if a person is behind at $200 a month – it could be that in a year’s time they can catch up to a $2400 payment at some point in the Future. Again, we’re here to help be a Team.
FOR THE OVER FIFTY CROWD – A SPECIAL NOTE ON TEAMWORK & AGING:
There has been discussion and development among those of us over Fifty that find ourselves thinking more about our Futures beyond Fifty. Most of us have had some up close and personal experiences by now with the so-called “HEALTH CARE” Systems that are actually Militarized Hospital Zones based on Capitalism and Profit – being exposed more and more as a Big Business – Pharmacy-Farm and a ” DIS-EASE OR CRISIS MANAGEMENT” Program instead of Healthy Wholistic and preventative personal care. We are not here to reform Health Care or any other broken system – but we DO need to think ahead and guide ourselves into a better world for our own situations. Many of us have been dealing or dealt with issues of aging parents: Weakened Bodies, Minds and the Draining Energy & Lifestyles that go along with all that. Some of us have been acutely aware that WE OURSELVES do not wish to go thru this rough stretch of river alone – nor do we want our children to be faced with the lack of true alternatives that we’ve been facing either. Thus, there are moves afoot to explore and experiment with the TEAM HOMES & TEAMWORK concepts – ways to create alternative care in more comfortable and affordable places. The key to this is affordable Care and Wider, Stronger Networks. Many other countries respect their elders much more than we do in busy North America. Despite Obama Care or whatever else may evolve, there are affordable options abounding – especially with personal assisted living care. When it comes time – will we be ready to face the future with confidence? Not really – and we don’t like to think about i We feel we have lots more time to get sthing arranged.
